wir freuen uns sehr, euch zu unserem ersten Best-Practice Vortrag von Nachhaltigkeits-Vorreiter und Change-Maker René Föger vom Hotel Stern - dem ersten klimaneutralen Hotel Tirols einladen zu dürfen!
Wie wir bereits in unserem letzten Newsletter no. 2 angekündigt haben, dürfen wir zur Inspiration und zum Austausch herausragende Best-Practice Beispiele der Nachhaltigkeit im Tourismus einladen.
Wir freuen uns sehr und sind geehrt, dass es es uns gelungen ist, den Tiroler Nachhaltigkeits-Vorreiter René Föger vom Hotel Stern (https://hotelstern.at/) für unsere Vortrags-Reihe zu gewinnen! René berichtet uns über seine Erfolgs-Geschichte als erstes klimaneutrales Hotel Tirols und gibt uns spannende Einblicke in seinen Weg zur Nachhaltigkeit. Von der Mentalität des "Butz und Stingl" ("Kerngehäuse und Stängel"), womit die Abfallvermeidung in den Mittelpunkt gestellt wird, über das Klimaspiel für Gäste bis hin zur Stern-Familie, den Mitarbeitenden mit dem Motto "I schaug auf Di. Du schaugsch auf mi!" ist das Hotel Stern als erstes klimaneutrales Hotel Tirols nicht nur absoluter Vorreiter auf diesem Gebiet sondern kann auch vieles über seinen Weg hin zur Nachhaltigkeit berichten. Der Vortrag bietet nicht nur Gelegenheit, sich auszutauschen sondern zeigt auch, wie der Weg zur Nachhaltigkeit gelingen kann.
Zur Person: René Föger - Vorreiter in Sachen Nachhaltigkeit in Tirol
René Föger studiert nach der Tourismusschule internationale Wirtschaft und arbeitet für Swarovski. Mit 27 Jahren übernimmt er das Hotel Stern am Mieminger Plateau. Seine Eltern übergeben ihm das Hotel und jegliche Freiheit dieses zu gestalten, wobei René keinen Stein auf dem anderen lässt: Er macht aus einem Sanierungsfall das erste klimaneutrale Hotel Tirols und damit ist der erste Schritt zur Erfolgsgeschichte des klimaneutralen Hotel Sterns gelegt!
Das Hotel Stern - das erste klimaneutrale Hotel Tirols
Im Hotel Stern wird Nachhaltigkeit gelebt. Nicht erst seit es "in" ist, sondern schon seit Generationen. René Föger riss in der 20. Generation der Wirtsfamilie mit seiner Übernahme 2004 das Ruder komplett herum und stellte das Thema Nachhaltigkeit in den Mittelpunkt - der Grundstein für eine Erfolgsgeschichte. Zapraszamy przedsiębiorców turystycznych z sektora MŚP do udziału w webinarium informacyjnym poświęconym projektowi ETSM2030. Program ma na celu zwiększenie kompetencji firm turystycznych w zakresie raportowania zrównoważonego rozwoju, wzmocnienie innowacyjności oraz integrację międzynarodową. W jego ramach przedsiębiorstwa będą mogły stworzyć innowacyjne rozwiązania w zakresie monitorowania ekorozwoju. Uzyskają także pomoc w pozyskaniu i finansowaniu certyfikatów (w szczególności EU Ecolabel i EMAS). Spotkanie jest przeznaczone dla przedsiębiorstw turystycznych z sektora MŚP.
